Led by Sandra Lewis Allen, this service provides expert support in master schedule development, instructional minutes optimization, and leadership coaching. We focus on campus systems alignment and school improvement planning to ensure educational excellence and operational efficiency.
Cancellation Policy
Booking: Consultations must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot. You’ll receive a confirmation email with details and a reminder before your session. Cancellation & Rescheduling You may reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours before your appointment without penalty. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable. If you miss your appointment without notice, the session is considered forfeited. Waitlist If a time slot is full, you may join the waitlist. Openings are offered to the waitlist on a first-come, first-served basis. You’ll be notified by email or text when a spot becomes available. Late Arrivals Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time. If you are late, the consultation will continue for the remaining time only.
