Booking

 

   * Consultations must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. 

   * Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot.

   * You’ll receive a confirmation email with details and a reminder before your session.

 

Cancellation & Rescheduling

 

   * You may reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours before your appointment without penalty.

   * Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable.

   * If you miss your appointment without notice, the session is considered forfeited.

 

Waitlist

 

   * If a time slot is full, you may join the waitlist.

   * Openings are offered to the waitlist on a first-come, first-served basis.

   * You’ll be notified by email or text when a spot becomes available.

 

Late Arrivals

 

 * Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time.

   * If you are late, the consultation will continue for the remaining time only.
